1. Location

  • Location: Seoul Dragon City 3F Hanra 2 (Google Maps)

  • Please visit the registration desk first and receive your name badge and congress kit.
  • Floor plan:

2. Presenting Time

  • Each presenter will conduct the presentation in the session room (Hanra 2) onsite at the designated date and time.
  • Each presenter will have a total of 10 minutes for their presentation (7 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&As).

3. Presentation File Format

  • The first page of the presentation file should be allocated to the title, authors.
Format MS PowerPoint (.pptx or .ppt)
Screen ratio 16:9
Language English only
Font Presenters are recommended to use standard Windows fonts (font size: 14 points).
* Presenters who use fonts not provided by Windows must bring the font files onsite along with the presentation file.

4. How to Submit Your Presentation File

  • Bring your PowerPoint presentation file on a USB memory stick and visit the preview room to submit the file at least 2 hours before your session starts.
    *Please note that usage of individual laptops is not permitted.
